肝胆亢進の症状としては、めまい、膨満感や痛み、顔や目の充血、口の苦みや乾き、イライラ、腹部や肋骨の灼熱痛、便秘、黄色尿、耳鳴り、鼻出血などがある。 Fire of the liver and gallbladder attacks the head and eyes via the meridian, and the blood and qi rush upwards, so there is dizziness and distension, redness of the face and eyes, and bitterness and dryness of the mouth; the liver loses its flexibility and suppleness, so there is impatience and irritability, and insomnia and sleeplessness; fire of the liver blazes internally and there is burning pain in the ribs, constipation and yellowing of the urine; the foot-shao-yang gallbladder meridian enters the ear, and heat of the liver rises upwards through the meridian, and tinnitus like tidal wave; fire injures the channels and veins, and the blood is hot and unruly (the heat evil leads to the blood to go out abnormally), and vomiting of haematochezia is visible. 肝・胆の過剰な火は、通常、頭、目、耳、肝脈が巡る腹部に現れ、頭や目のめまいや膨満感、顔や目の充血、焦燥感、肋骨や腹部の灼熱痛などの症状を伴う。 上記のような症状は、症状を長引かせないためにも、適時相談する必要がある。
