上熱下寒（上熱下寒）とは、中焦に熱邪が混在する症候群で、顔や目の充血、口や舌のただれ、歯茎の腫れや痛みなどが現れる。 1.五味丸：漢方薬の成分には五味肉、胡椒、細辛、黄連、乾姜、建子（作られたもの）などが含まれ、肝を和らげて中を整え、上を清め下を温める作用があるので、アスカリス・ラムブリコイデス（胆管に入り込んだ回虫を指す）や、腹痛と下痢、頭頂部の頭痛、手足の冷えなどを特徴とする長引く下痢の治療や改善に用いることができる。 安全のため、妊婦の服用は禁止されている。 2.
