建腰腎薬と荘腰腎薬の違いは、荘腰腎薬と荘腰腎薬の違いを参照する必要があり、両者の違いは、異なる薬物組成、異なる効能と効果、異なる副作用、異なる禁忌である。
1、薬物の組成が異なる。
(1）腰と腎臓の錠剤を強化する：犬の背骨（システム）、ゴールデンチェリー、ブラックタイガーのルート、鶏の血のつる、桑パラソル（蒸し）、ジャックフルーツ、牛精力的に、cuscuta、チェストベリーの組成物によって。
(2) Strengthening the Waist and Kidney Pill: composed of Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Rhizoma Zedoariae, Poria, Herba Cistanches (prepared), Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng, Rhizoma Ophiopogonis, Semen Cuscutae (fried), Semen Plantago Lateralis (fried), Chrysanthemum, Rhizoma Atractylodes Macrocephala (prepared), Rhizoma Atractylodes Macrocephala (fried), Rhizoma Longan Bones (calcined), Rhizoma Oyster (calcined), Rhizoma Sequence of Pinnatis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Astragalus, Radix Aromaticus Vulgaris, Vines of the Vines of the Rhizoma Acaciae and Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis (prepared).
2.異なる効能と効果
(1)腰腎補強丸：腰腎補血，風湿効能，腎虚腰痛，膝弱，排尿痛，リュウマチ，骨痛，神経衰弱の主治。
(2)腰補腎薬：腰を強くして腎を補い、血を養う効能があり、動悸や過眠、物忘れや不安感、腰痛や膝痛、四肢虚弱などを治療する。
両薬の副作用ははっきりしないが、妊婦、小児は服用禁止で、外部感染症や固熱症候群には使用してはならない。
上記2剤の服用は、漢方医の指導の下、エビデンスを見極める必要があり、やみくもに服用してはならず、身体にダメージを与え、病状を悪化させる。
