Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata (地黄饮子)は腎虚の唖疹症候群の治療に用いられ、舌が強く、不活発で、普通に話すことができず、下肢が脱力し、立って歩くことができず、口が乾いて飲む気がなく、足が冷えて顔が赤くなるなどの特徴がある。 Dihuang Drink is a tonic. In this formula, cooked and dried Dihuang cools the Blood and nourishes Yin (removing heat from the Blood and nourishing Yin and fluids); Cistanchis and Baji Tian tonify the Kidneys and help Yang; Cornus officinalis tonifies the Liver and Kidneys; Dendrobium nourishes Yin and clears heat; Radix et Rhizoma Pinelliae and Radix Guan Gui tonify the Fire and help Yang; Schisandra replenishes the Kidneys and nourishes the Heart; Poria cocos strengthens the Spleen and exudes Dampness; Maitreya Maitake moistens the Lungs and nourishes Yin; Acorus Calamus expels Phlegm and opens the Orifices (opening up the orifices and wakes up the Mind by dissolving the Phlegm); and Radix Polygalae calamus nourishes the Mind. これらの生薬はともに腎陰を養い、腎陽を補い、開口部を開き、痰を解消する。 地黄飲は、発疹を伴う腎虚の代表的な処方で、発疹があり、肝陽亢進（肝陽の亢進により、めまい、立ちくらみ、頭痛などを生じる）のある患者さんで、めまいや頭のむくみ、焦りやイライラ、夢過多の不眠などの症状がある場合は禁忌です。 副作用を避けるために、許可なく薬を使用しないでください。
