パチュリ正気水の外用・内服には早漏治療効果はなく、早漏の人は病院で定期的に治療を受ける必要がある。
パチュリ正気水は独自の漢方薬で、一般に外邪、夏傷夏湿（人体は夏になると夏バテや湿邪の侵入を受けやすくなる）、内傷湿滞（冷えすぎや寒すぎなどの食生活によって体内の湿気が停滞する）などによって引き起こされる頭痛、頭重、胸部・心窩部緊満感（胸や腹部の膨満感や痞え感）、嘔吐、下痢などの症状に用いられます。
表湿解表（外邪を解き、体内の湿を除く）、調気中和（脾胃の気を整え、脾胃の機能を円滑にする）の作用があります。 早漏は湿熱、あるいは心・脾・腎の虚弱と関係があるので、霍香正気水では早漏を治療できない。
If premature ejaculation is accompanied by bitter pain in the mouth and dizziness in the scrotum, it is considered to be damp-heat in the liver meridian and can be treated with Longguan Daxi Liver Tang; if there is palpitation, forgetfulness and fatigue, it is considered to be a deficiency in the heart and spleen, so it can be treated with GuiSpleen Tang; if it is accompanied by soreness in the waist and knees and night sweating (sweating is abnormal after falling asleep, but stops when waking up), it is considered to be associated with the kidney’s deficiency in yin and fire, so it can be treated with ZhiBaiDiHuang Pill; if it is accompanied by nocturnal urination and loss of libido, it can be treated with JinGui RenQi Pill.
早漏患者は医師のアドバイスに従って、適切な薬物治療を選択する必要があります。
