漢方医は、湿が多く瘀血のある患者には、清熱解湿、活血化瘀、駆瘀の作用のある薬を用いるとよいと考える。
Jiawei Xianglian Pill is composed of Muxiang, Huanglian, Scutellaria baicalensis, Huangbai, Paeonia lactiflora, Angelica sinensis, Houpu, Citrus aurantium dulcis, betel nut, Yanhuisuo, Wu Juju and so on, which has the efficacy of clearing away heat and removing dampness, resolving stagnation and relieving pain, and can be used for dysentery caused by dampness-heat in the large intestine, which can be seen as pus and blood in the stools, abdominal pain, abdominal pain and drop, and a sense of urgency and heaviness after the stools (the discomfort in the lower abdomen and the urge to defecate and the feeling of incomplete evacuation after defecation) and so on.
滋陰降火丸を使用する場合、慢性虚証の冷え下痢の場合は注意が必要である。
湿が多く、瘀血がある場合は、専門の医師の指導のもと、通常の病院で治療を受けることをお勧めする。
