大腿内側の経絡は、足少陰腎経の内側後方、足少陰肝経の内側正中線、足太陰脾経の内側前方に位置する。
1.足少陰腎経は太ももの内側にある。 この経絡は足の小指の下から始まり、足の中心を斜めに通り、舟状骨の厚い隆起の下から出て、内くるぶしに沿って、かかとの中央に入り、ふくらはぎの内側に上がり、内側の膝窩から出て、大腿内側の後縁に上がる。
2.足厥陰肝経は大腿内側にあり、母趾の爪の後ろの足の毛のある部分から始まり、足の甲に沿って内くるぶしから1寸離れた所まで上り、内くるぶしから8寸上の所まで上り、足太陰脾経と交わり、大腿内側に沿って内転子窩まで上り、陰毛の中に入る。
3. The Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian is found in the inner thigh. This meridian starts from the end of the big toe, travels along the inner side of the big toe, along the red and white meat margin (the junction between the palm of the hand and the dorsum of the hand, and the heart of the foot and the dorsum of the foot), passes through the nucleus pulposus (the medial side of the 1st metatarsal phalanges joints), goes up over the anterior edge of the internal ankle, then up the gastrocnemius muscle in the calf, along the posterior side of the shin bone, and before it intersects the Foot Syncopal Hepatocardial Meridian, goes up to the anterior edge of the medial knee-femur (the medial side of the thighs), and enters into the abdomen.
